He graduated with honors in Law at the “LUISS Guido Carli” University of Rome. He obtained a PhD in Civil Law at the “Tullio Ascarelli” International School of the “Roma Tre” University with a thesis entitled “Trust and fiduciary deeds: prospects for the Italian legal system”. Subsequently, he attended the Amerigo for Law postgraduate course at the Fordham School of Law in New York City, exploring the issues related to comparative Corporate and Bankruptcy Law and Privacy Law. Over the years, he developed particular and specific experience in Corporate Law, Trade Law, national and international Contract Law and Labor law. He mainly provides professional advice (both in and out of court) to multinationals and SMEs; he deals, among others, with highly innovative sectors such as next-generation transport, digital/telecommunications platforms, document archiving, web, etc.. He also deals with the internationalization of companies and the establishment of foreign companies in Italy; he provides ongoing assistance in the ordinary conduct of business and in the delicate phases of corporate restructuring, as well as in negotiations and trade union negotiations both at national and local level. Since 2016 he is a member of the Board of Directors of UTOPIA Lab S.r.l.; he is also a member of the board of statutory auditors of multinational companies. Since 2017 he is a member of the Consumers and Privacy Bar Association of Rome and also designated member of the Court of Appeal of the Italian Cycling Federation (FCI). He worked as internal legal counselor for companies of the Alitalia group in extraordinary administration (Alitalia Linee Aeree S.p.A.; Alitalia Servizi S.p.A.; Alitalia Airport S.p.A.; Alitalia Express. S.p.A; Volare S.p.A.) and was mostly in charge of the management of bankruptcy claw-back actions. He is licensed to practice law before the higher courts.
