Biography:
Alessandro Scipioni is part of the Regulatory and Regulatory Affairs area of the Elettricità Futura association, which represents the major Italian electricity companies. It is responsible for supporting the associates in the regulatory analysis in the photovoltaic and wind power sectors, and in distributed generation. He collaborates with European associations and participates in the drafting of position papers on topics of interest. Before joining Elettricità Futura, Alessandro worked at the GSE (Energy Services Manager) as an assistant to the Public Administration for the energy transition, developing technical and regulatory knowledge of the recognized incentive mechanisms for the production of energy from renewable sources. He also worked for GEKO S.p.A., a company that operates in the energy and gas sales market, but also in the field of design, construction and maintenance of renewable energy production plants in collaboration with Ansaldo and other market leaders. During this experience he was able to cover various roles, from customer management, credit management and regulatory analysis of the sales market, also interacting with the Authority competent (ARERA). Alessandro graduated in Law, in his spare time he dedicates himself to humanitarian and cultural volunteering, also participating in various events organized by the FAI (Fondo Ambiente Italiano) as a storyteller. Has a professional knowledge of the English language.
