Biography:

Andrea Pesce has always been committed to environmental sustainability, education and innovation, dividing his time between Italy and South America. He is the founder of zeroCO2, a start-up that deals with high social impact reforestation in various countries of the world which in less than two years has planted over 400,000 trees and supported 40,000 farmers. He is also the founder of Comparte onlus, a non-profit that deals with education and innovation in developing countries. Andrea has a degree in International Relations and has experience in international cooperation in different regions of the world, including Africa and Latin America. After working experience in the European institutions in Brussels, he decided to devote himself to cooperation by managing several projects in Guatemala. The reasons that inspired his work can be traced back to his love for the natural environment and his desire to protect it.
