Biography:

Expert in communication, leadership and change, he deals with the training of executive teams with the aim of honing managerial skills using innovative and fun methodologies. In recent years he has explored the theme of innovation, identifying new creative solutions for the company. He is the founder and CEO of Fabbrica of Lampadine, a company specializing in management training, art production for businesses and organization of corporate events. He is the sole director of Oltre La Media Group, an editorial group dedicated to creativity and business. With the column “Il Pubblivoro”, he comments weekly on the commercials in terms of communication and often intervenes as a guest on national and local televisions. He has published «Journey to Mars», a story that collects years of studies and managerial experiences on the subject of change and «From Tailor to Signature in Financial Consultancy», the manual that goes beyond Personal Branding.
