Biography:

Lawyer, founder partner of LS Lexjus Sinacta. Awarded as Sustainability Lawyer of the Year. Gianluca has created Bikeconomy Forum and Bikeconomy Observatory, which he chairs. He is co-author of Bikeconomy, the first book in Europe on the subject. He conceived and organized Granfondo Campagnolo Roma and was head of the public prosecutor's office and of the amateur sector of the Federciclismo. He is a member of the Bikeconomy & Marketing commission of the U.C.I.
