Biography:
Attorney Giuseppe Rinaldi has been Managing Director of Ancitel Energy and Environment since 2013, who has always been involved in local authorities, he was Mayor of the Municipality of Poggio Mirteto (RI) and President of the Province of Rieti. Furthermore, within the National Association of Italian Municipalities (ANCI) and the Union of Provinces (UPI), he has held numerous positions as National Coordinator of Unions of Municipalities and National Vice President of Small Municipalities Consultation as a member of the National Assembly and of the Board National. Furthermore, from 2015 to 2018 he was a member of the Committee of the Regions at the European Parliament in Brussels and an effective member of the Enve (environment, climate change and energy) and Coter (EU Budget, Territorial Cohesion and Transport) commissions.
In his professional career he has held various positions, always within the world of local self-government: from January to April 2016 he was Head of the Project "Registered Environmentalist Associations: update" at the MATTM, Sogesid SPA, from September 2010 to December 2012 he was Sole Director of ComuniCare Anci Srl. From April 2008 to September 2010 he was CEO of Anci Servizi Srl (Rome). From March 2007 to April 2008 he was General Manager of Ancitel Spa (Rome) and Head of Projects and Institutional Relations. Finally, from September 2004 to March 2007 he was Technical Director of the projects and institutional activities of Anci Servizi Srl.
