Biography:
Patrick active as independent consultant, board member, business angel, and investor in travel & payments start-ups, such as HtoH in France, eco.mio in Germany and The Apartment Network in UK/Germany. He is Member of the Board at CDS Groupe. He is also active as Senior Advisor at Arthur D. Little management consulting and member of the advisory board of Anxo management consulting.
Patrick was CEO at Lufthansa AirPlus where he headed their Global expansion strategy and developed AirPlus into one of the leading commercial card issuers. Earlier he led Visa Germany, and was SVP consumer marketing at Commerzbank.
In his career he worked in the USA, UK and Germany, several times in start/scale-ups. He holds a Master of Economics degree of Hamburg University.
2017 Patrick was named one of the ‘25 most influential’ by Business Travel News. Currently Patrick volunteers for VDR, the German Business Travel Association. He leads their task force ‘restart business travel’.
