Job Title: Content creator - Eco Gastronoma
Born in Pesciamorta, escaped to Bologna, London and Pollenzo for study and work, but returned to Pesciamorta. A circular tour to fulfill its mission: to talk about sustainability. After the three-year and master's humanities studies in search of words, Silvia specializes in food and sustainability with a Master's degree at the University of Gastronomic Sciences. Now he has another one up for grabs (from Master). Because? Because sustainability is a complex world, which must be tasted slowly and swallowed slowly. After working experiences in the field of gastronomic education and communication, in 2021 Silvia created Parla Sostenibile: now she is a green influencer, a content creator and writes about sustainability for all those who request it. He makes videos, articles and unique, ironic and edutaiment (teaching-entertaining) contents. She is also a lecturer at the Lorenzo de 'Medici University Institute on issues of sustainable gastronomy. He throws himself into all the beautiful projects with great values, offering his knowledge on the world of food, sustainability, letters and digital marketing. Talk anywhere: in front of a smartphone or a camera, in the classroom or on Zoom, on a stage or at the market. Silvia is a down to earth idealist. And he has a huge passion for environmental (and social) issues. But this is only the beginning ... There is a great dream in mind (and heart).
