Biography:
Project Manager since 2014 at ENCO srl, an Italian innovation consulting company that is involved in more than 20 projects funded by the EC within the Horizon 2020 funding programme. Simona is Exploitation and IPR Manager in the Horizon 2020 “SHEALTHY” project. Simona is also Exploitation and IPR Manager in “SUREFISH” project on blockchain solutions for fish traceability; Innovation Manager in “MERLIN”, an Horizon 2020 project on innovative packaging solutions. She is also Project Coordinator in “SWITCHtoHEALTHY” focused on shifting towards Mediterranean dietary patterns. She is involved in several EU R&D project as Principal Investigator and acts as Expert Evaluator for the European Commission to evaluate project proposals under H2020-JTI-BBI calls.
